The role is very approachable with a few basic Requirements:

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Works well with others in the team

• Willing to learn about new products and how to engage with customers

• Experience in grocery is an advantage

• Able to commute to the store

• The role is 6 days a week on a shift basis

The general responsibility of the role includes:

• Replenish and organise products to ensure shelves are fully stocked, clean, and well-presented at all times

• Monitor product quality, freshness, and expiry dates, removing damaged or expired items as required

• Assist with receiving, unloading, and organising incoming stock deliveries

• Support inventory control through stock rotation and maintaining accurate stock levels

• Ensure the sales floor and storage areas are clean, organised, and compliant with store standards

• Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, including support with product enquiries

• Support e-commerce operations by picking, packing, and preparing online orders accurately

• Report any product, stock, or operational issues to the lead

• Work collaboratively with team members and support overall store operations as required

• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to ensure smooth daily operations
