Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build client trust.

• Proficiency with sales/marketing tools (CRM, MS Office, social media platforms).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to capture new opportunities.

• Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to work independently.

• Mandarin speaker is preferred for this position to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.

• Define target audience and choose suitable platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram,

• LinkedIn, TikTok, XHS, Linkedin, website).

• Plan monthly content calendars with campaigns, posts, and promotions, updates.

2. Content Creation & Management

• Create and publish engaging content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, trivia, newsletter, blogs, project updates).

3. Engagement & Community Building

• Respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.

• Monitor conversations and participate in online communities.

• Build relationships with followers, influencers, and partners.

4. Analytics & Reporting

• Track KPIs: reach, engagement, followers, conversions

• Provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

5. Market & Competitor Research

• Stay updated on social media trends

• Monitor competitors’ social presence and campaigns.

• Suggest new ideas to stay ahead in digital presence.

6. Contact stakeholders for presentations opportunities

• To actively connect with architects, designers, owners, developers, institutions, contractors, institutions
