Responsible for promoting and selling IMIKA products, achieving sales targets, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell laptops, computers, and IT products.
• Assist customers in choosing suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Explain product features, specifications, and prices.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales.
• Maintain good customer relationships.
• Keep the showroom clean and organized.
• Prepare daily sales reports.
• Support company promotions and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, SKM, DIPLOMA, DEGREE or equivalent.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Interested in technology and IT products.
• Able to work in a team and meet sales targets.
• Positive attitude, honest, and responsible.
• Sales experience is an advantage.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

• Monthly sales achievement.
• Number of successful sales.
• Customer satisfaction.
• Follow-up and conversion rate.
• Attendance and discipline.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
