To keep our supply chain running smoothly and ensure thousands of customer orders are shipped out daily without a hitch, our Main Warehouse in Kapar is looking for a detail-oriented, computer-literate, and organized individual to join our logistics team as a Warehouse Admin (Inbound & Outbound).

Salary & Benefits (What We Offer)

Competitive Basic Salary: RM 1,700 – RM 2,000 per month

Overtime (OT) Pay: Paid OT in accordance with the Employment Act 1955 during peak sales campaign seasons.

Monthly KPI Allowance: KPI incentives rewarded based on accurate document handling and zero-error order processing.

Full Statutory Coverage: Full EPF, SOCSO, and EIS contributions starting from Day 1 of work.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily warehouse documentation and the Warehouse Management System (WMS), divided into:

A. Outbound & Order Processing Administration:

Generate and print daily order slips and airway bills (AWB) from TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada, and wholesale (B2B) customer orders to ensure smooth picking and packing with zero printing errors.

Process and coordinate sales orders on time to meet courier shipping SLA deadlines.

Prepare stock replenishment documents to move items from bulk storage zones to active picking zones.

B. Inbound & Inventory Administration:

Receive incoming stock deliveries from suppliers/factories and check actual physical quantities against the Delivery Order (DO).

Accurately key in and record all received items into receiving forms and the company inventory system within 24 hours.

Update the e-commerce, B2B sales, and customer service teams whenever new stocks arrive.

Check the physical condition and packaging of incoming goods, and record any damaged or defective items for follow-up action.

Update new product details (SKU codes, barcodes, variations) and physical stock balances in the warehouse system.

Scan, record, and process parcels returned by couriers (Return to Sender - RTS / customer returns) and update the return stock status.

C. General & Support Tasks:

Assist the supervisor with regular stock takes / cycle counts and other warehouse operations during mega sales campaigns.

Requirements

Education: Minimum SPM, STPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields (Computer-savvy fresh graduates are very welcome to apply).

Computer Skills: Good with computers, especially Microsoft Excel (data entry, filtering, basic stock calculation), Google Sheets, and Google Drive.

Personal Traits: Strong attention to detail with product SKU codes and numbers, responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Willingness to do OT: Willing to work overtime (OT) when needed during monthly peak sales campaigns (Payday & Double-Digit sales like 11.11 / 12.12).

Transport: Have own transport to commute to Desince Main Warehouse at Kawasan Perindustrian Hi-Tech, Sungai Kapar Indah, Kapar / Klang.
