Job Description

We are looking for an Interior Designer who enjoys working with clients, developing design solutions, and coordinating renovation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements, recommend suitable design options, and ensure projects progress smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet clients to understand their design preferences, space requirements, budget, and renovation needs.
• Prepare design proposals, quotations, and project cost estimates based on client requirements.
• Discuss space planning, materials, finishes, and suitable design options with clients.
• Coordinate with the creative, operations, and project teams to support renovation project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and follow up on schedules, quality, and outstanding issues.
• Keep clients updated on project developments and assist in resolving concerns.
• Maintain good client relationships and follow up on potential business opportunities.
• Support sales activities and work towards agreed sales targets.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in interior design, renovation, sales, business development, or a related customer-facing role.
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, or Adobe Illustrator is an advantage.
• Possess own transport for client meetings and project site visits when required.
• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, work independently, and coordinate effectively with clients and internal teams.

Pay: Up to RM4,500.00 per month
