Price monitoring

•      Use Claude to extract product prices from Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop listings

•      Spot-check the extracted prices against the live listings and log them in a tracker

•      Flag listings priced below our minimum and pass them to the team

KOL coordination

•      Research and shortlist KOLs and affiliates that fit our products

•      Help with outreach messages, sample shipments and follow-ups

•      Track posts and basic performance (views, clicks, sales) in a spreadsheet

Platform admin

•      Create and update product listings: titles, descriptions, images and stock

•      Help set up vouchers and campaign sign-ups (e.g. 11.11, 12.12)

•      Assist with order checks, customer chat replies and returns, under guidance

Shopify website admin

•      Add and update products on our Shopify store (.com): titles, descriptions, images and stock

•      Add products to collections and help set up discount codes for campaigns

•      Flag price differences between our website and the marketplaces

What we are looking for

•      Currently pursuing a diploma ordegree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field

•      Available for the fullinternship period

•      Familiar with Shopee, Lazadaand TikTok Shop as a shopper; seller experience is a plus

•      Comfortable with Excel orGoogle Sheets

•      Interested in using Claude orsimilar AI tools, and careful about checking their output

•      Detail-oriented, proactive andwilling to learn

•      Good written communication(Canva or basic copywriting is a plus)
