Requirements

• Basic computer skills. Able to use Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.

• Able to communicate clearly and politely with customers.

• Careful, organised, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Able to handle routine daily work and follow up on orders and stock properly.

• Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, Shopee Seller Centre, or other e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

• Experience in product photography, video shooting, CapCut, Canva, or simple content creation is an added advantage.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is reliable, willing to learn, and comfortable handling the day-to-day operation of a TikTok Shop. You do not need to be a professional photographer, designer, or content creator.

This role focuses mainly on TikTok Shop: processing orders, managing listings, replying to customers, monitoring stock, and handling general e-commerce admin work.

• Order Fulfilment: Process daily TikTok Shop orders, print airway bills, coordinate packing, and make sure parcels are ready for courier pickup.

• TikTok Shop Management: Maintain the store and product listings, upload new products, update product information, prices, and stock.

• Listing Optimisation: Improve product titles, descriptions, images, and product information to make listings clearer and easier for customers to find.

• Customer Service: Reply to customer chats and enquiries. Assist with returns, refunds, complaints, and other after-sales matters.

• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and update inventory records. Inform the team when stock is running low or needs to be replenished.

• General Admin: Assist with simple reports, data entry, filing, and other e-commerce related administrative work when needed.
