Provide strategic oversight for client portfolios and campaigns

Oversee campaign governance, overall direction and quality of delivery

Maintain strong relationships with senior clients and key stakeholders

Conduct monthly client and campaign reviews

Identify campaign and reputational risks before they escalate

Act as a key point of contact during issues or crisis situations

Provide strategic guidance to the client services team

Ensure client deliverables remain aligned with agreed strategy and objectives
