Job Description:

• Provide Level 1 IT infrastructure support for end users, handling incidents and service requests.
• Monitor IT infrastructure systems, networks, servers, and applications, escalating issues to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Perform basic troubleshooting for hardware, software, network connectivity, and access-related issues.
• Log, track, and update incidents and service requests in the ticketing system, ensuring SLA compliance.
• Communicate with Japanese-speaking users in Japanese and English to understand and resolve technical issues.
• Maintain proper documentation of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure, Windows OS, networking, and IT support processes.
• Japanese language proficiency (JLPT N2/N3 or equivalent preferred).
• Good communication and customer service skills.
