Installation & Technical Support

• Install, commission, test, and configure equipment at customer sites
• Train end-users on correct operation, maintenance, and safety
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance
• Inspect equipment regularly and document work through service reports and maintenance records

Project Coordination & Execution

• Define project specifications from designs, customer requirements, and technical standards
• Prepare technical studies, evaluations, and cost estimates
• Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and resources
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and recommend corrective actions
• Review plans, drawings, and design changes for compliance

Testing & Quality Assurance

• Plan and conduct testing, commissioning, and performance verification
• Ensure systems meet technical specifications, customer requirements, and quality standards
• Inspect equipment to identify faults, risks, and improvement areas

Customer Service & Communication

• Update customers on project status, technical issues, and maintenance schedules
• Respond promptly to technical inquiries and service requests
• Maintain good relationships with customers, suppliers, contractors, and internal teams
• Support after-sales service and customer satisfaction

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare project schedules, service/testing/installation reports, and progress updates
• Produce technical reports, cost analyses, and completion reports
• Keep all records filed and up to date

Compliance & Safety

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations
• Promote safe working practices
• Stay current on engineering standards, technologies, and tools

Continuous Improvement

• Identify and recommend improvements to service quality, project planning, maintenance procedures, and workflows

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
