Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Data Center Operator to join our IT team.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our data center infrastructure. Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply, as this is an excellent opportunity to kick-start your career in a dynamic and technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Able to work in shift routine in Shah Alam office.
2. Able to work 6 days a week. Shift hours (Monday - Saturday) OT allowance for the weekend and extra hour on weekday.
3. Monitor and maintain data center operations.
4. Perform routine hardware checks and incident reporting.
5. Operate and manage AS400 system backups and restorations.
6. Execute batch jobs and monitor job queues.
7. Maintain accurate records of backup activities and shift handovers.
8. Collaborate with IT teams for infrastructure support and maintenance.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
