Able to work under a fast phase environment Have a positive mindset, sales oriented person

Candidate with high integrity in values Prior professional experience in automotive industry preferred but not compulsory.

Candidate must will to work alternate 6 days

Candidate must will to work on Public holiday and Weekend

Office location - The Ascent Kelana Jaya

Strong, English & Bahasa Malaysia verbal and written communication skills, mandarin will be plus

Perform Outbound Calls based on leads assigned by Team Leads via CARSOME’s CRM system & also handle leads via CARSOMEWhatsApp platform

Attend customer inquiries by providing accurate information regarding CARSOME’s used car business, product & service offerings.

Support customers in account registration,test drive appointments and also car booking

Proactively persuade customers to reschedule appointments that have been cancelled

Proactively inform customers of ongoing deals and promotion.

Deliver a high level of customer satisfaction

Uphold high standards of prudence and discretion in processing and maintaining customer interaction records and account details using Carsome Telesales tools provided
