Fluent in spoken Bahasa Malaysia.

Computer literate.

Independent, self-motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided.

Able to work well within a team.

Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.

Communicate with customers professionally in Bahasa Malaysia.

Assist customers with product and service-related matters.

Work closely with the team to achieve service and sales targets.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.
