Document Controller
In compliance to ISO standards 9001:2015, 14001:2015 and 45001:2023
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Compiling and checking spare part catalogues from technical drawings
- Preparing order documentation according to company processes and procedures
- Checking prepared documentation for consistency and completeness
- Preparing documentation package including printing and filing
- Monitoring documentation material stocks and trigger purchases as required
Additional responsibilities:
- Plan, prioritize and coordinate activities based on a forecast gathered from company SAP system
- Communication with the documentation team (German counter-partners) concerning procedures, processes and work package
Your profile:
- Diploma education or higher
- Related working experience in complex industrial equipment environment, preferably with documentation experience
- Good communication skills, especially command in English
- High sense of responsibility and commitment
- Good in prioritizing works and able to work under pressure
