 Possess a valid DOSH/JKKP Green Book certification.
 Minimum 1 year of relevant Health & Safety / HSO experience; candidates with 1–2 years or more of experience are preferred.
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Health, Engineering, or a related field.
* Good knowledge of Malaysian Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) legislation, regulations, and safety practices.
* Experience in conducting risk assessments, workplace inspections, incident investigations, and safety audits.
* Good communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with different departments.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of preparing safety reports and documentation.
* Willing to conduct regular workplace/site inspections and attend to safety-related matters when required.

 Develop, implement, and maintain workplace health and safety policies, procedures, and programmes in compliance with applicable Malaysian occupational safety and health regulations.
 Conduct regular workplace safety inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification to ensure a safe working environment.
* Monitor and ensure compliance with DOSH/JKKP requirements and relevant occupational safety and health legislation.
* Investigate workplace accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare appropriate incident and investigation reports.
* Recommend and implement corrective and preventive actions to minimise workplace risks and hazards.
* Conduct and coordinate safety briefings, toolbox meetings, training, and awareness programmes for employees.
* Maintain and update relevant safety documentation, records, reports, permits, and inspection checklists.
* Liaise with management, employees, contractors, and relevant authorities on health and safety matters.
* Monitor contractors and employees to ensure compliance with established Safety, Health & Environment (SHE) requirements.
* Assist in emergency preparedness activities, including emergency response procedures and drills.
* Perform other health and safety-related duties as assigned by management.
