Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Minimum 5 years experience in banking / SME / financial services

Proven experience in team management and leadership

Strong track record in sales and client relationship management

Experience in hiring and building a sales team is a plus

Good understanding of SME banking products & strategies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Analytical, proactive, and result-driven mindset

Able to speak English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Own transport for client visits

Lead and manage a sales team to achieve business targets

Develop strategies to grow SME banking portfolio

Build strong relationships with SME clients and provide tailored solutions

Drive team performance and ensure targets are met

Coach and mentor team members for growth and success

Monitor business performance and identify improvement opportunities

Ensure smooth operations and compliance with company policies
