Production Operations

• Operate and monitor production machinery according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Prepare, weigh, and transfer raw materials according to production schedules.
• Assist in mixing, cooking, filling, sealing, and packaging pet food products.
• Ensure production output meets daily targets and quality requirements.
• Support machine setup and changeover activities.

Quality & Food Safety

• Follow HACCP, GMP, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
• Conduct visual inspections of products during production.
• Report product defects, machine abnormalities, or quality issues to supervisors.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and packed according to specifications.

Cleaning & Maintenance

• Perform routine cleaning and sanitation of machinery, tools, and work areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production floor.
• Assist with basic preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure all equipment is used safely and properly.

Inventory & Material Handling

• Handle raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Assist in stock movement and inventory control activities.
• Record production data accurately and timely.

Safety Compliance

• Adhere to company safety policies and procedures.
• Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Report workplace hazards, accidents, or unsafe conditions immediately.

Skills & Competencies

• Ability to follow SOPs and work instructions.
• Basic machine operation skills.
• Good attention to detail.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in food manufacturing or packaging operations.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, or food safety practices.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.
• Experience operating semi-automated production equipment.
