We are looking for a Internship to assist our team for Customer Service retail.

Location : Bandar Baru Uda, Johor Bahru

Allowance : RM 800.00 - RM 1,000.00

Working Hour : 9:30am - 5:30pm

Responsibilities:

• Responding to customer inquiries and requests via phone, and chat in a friendly and professional manner
• Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
• Providing accurate information about our products and services
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions
• Continuously improving customer service processes and procedures
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer journey
• Handle all social Media with TIKTok , Facebook, Instagram

Requirements

Students studying in Marketing, Business, Management, Science Computer or any field

Minimum three (3) months of internship placement.

Priority for students who can start internship in December 2026

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
