This job is an internship for Business & Logistics students. You would learn from our senior experts and work in Air Freight Department. You might like this job because it offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various areas of the department and learn from experienced professionals.

During this internship, your daily job scope consists of different area within the department of Air Freight (AFR)

Job Description (Day-to-Day Responsibilities):

• Perform daily customer service (CS) duties
• Assist with trucking arrangements
• Create jobs in internal system, CargoWise (CW1) system
• Coordinate shipments with customers and internal departments
• Send pre-alerts for import and export shipments
• Monitor shipment status
• Carry out other tasks as assigned by the superior

To be successful in this internship, these are the requirements:

• 
  Diploma and/or Degree in Logistics, Transportation, and/or Business Studies with minor in logistics and supply chain. Intake for Nov 2026 onwards.
• It will be added advantage if you have previous experience dealing with customers.
• Being able to write and speak professionally in English.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
• Willing to work in Taman Malim Jaya, Melaka
