Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Creative Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for both printing and web design, with a primary focus on creating website landing pages, web banners, and category banners. During festival seasons or roadshow events, the designer will assist in developing themed designs for flyers that align with ongoing web promotions.

Candidates with experience in designing landing pages for WordPress and Shopify will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:Web & Digital Design:

• Design and create engaging website landing pages, web banners, and category banners to enhance the user experience and brand presence,
• Ensure designs align with the company's branding and promotional strategies,
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize graphics for online campaigns, social media, and digital ads,
• Develop creative assets that drive engagement and conversion.

Print Design:

• Design flyers, posters, and promotional materials for roadshows, festivals, and events,
• Maintain visual consistency across print and digital assets, ensuring all materials align with promotional themes,
• Prepare files for printing, ensuring high quality and accuracy in color and resolution.

Theme & Campaign Development:

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and develop creative themes for promotional events,
• Adapt web-based designs into print materials and vice versa, ensuring a cohesive brand identity,
• Provide creative direction and suggestions to enhance promotional campaigns.

Technical & Platform Knowledge:

• Develop responsive and user-friendly landing pages for campaigns, preferably on WordPress and Shopify,
• Optimize web design elements to ensure fast load times and compatibility across devices,
• Work with developers (if needed) to implement web design elements effectively.

Preferred Skills (Bonus):

• Experience with HTML & CSS for minor web design adjustments,
• Basic knowledge of video editing for promotional materials,
• Understanding of marketing and branding strategies to enhance promotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
