Requirements

  • 持有相关专业大专文凭
  • 具备至少1年相关采购或助理工作经验
  • 熟悉采购流程和基本商务知识
  • 熟练使用办公软件，如Microsoft Office
  • 具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神
  • 工作细致认真，有责任心
  • 有工程或建筑行业采购经验者优先

Responsibilities

  • 协助采购经理处理日常采购事务
  • 负责询价、比价、议价，并准备采购订单
  • 跟进订单的交付情况，确保按时到货
  • 管理和维护供应商信息及采购记录
  • 处理采购相关的发票和付款事宜
  • 协助进行库存管理和盘点
  • 完成上级交办的其他采购相关工作
