Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Host and manage live streaming sessions on TikTok and Shopee.

Promote and introduce products to customers during live sessions.

Explain product features, benefits, and promotions clearly and confidently.

Interact with viewers and respond to customer questions through live chat and comments.

Create an engaging and energetic atmosphere throughout the live session.

Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities.

Achieve daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.

Promote vouchers, discounts, and special offers during live sessions.

Assist in preparing live scripts, content ideas, and promotional strategies.

Monitor live performance and continuously improve engagement and sales conversion.
