Collection Officer | 6-Month Contract (Convertible)

Attractive Salary: RM1800+KPI Incentive: Up to 7%

Working Days (Fixed Schedule — You Choose!): Tuesday – Saturday / Wednesday – Sunday / Thursday – Monday

Working Hours (Fixed Schedule—You Choose!): Any 9 hours between 10:00 AM - 9:00 PM

Working & Walk In Interview Location: Taman Perindustrian Subang (HQ Office) (Walkable from LRT Taipan)

Requirements

• SPM or above (Diploma/Degree Fresh Graduate are welcome)

• SPM Holder minimum 2 years of relevant experiencein Collection, Credit Control, Debt Recovery or Customer Service.

• Experience in rent-to-own, financing, leasing, insurance, telco or consumer products is an advantage

• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills

• Target-driven and results-oriented

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Able to work independently and under pressure

Job Responsibilities

• Manage overdue customer accounts through calls and follow-ups

• Negotiate and arrange suitable payment plans with customers

• Monitor payment commitments and collection results

• Escalate cases to Field & Recovery teams when required

• Update collection results accurately in the company's internal system
