We are looking for a responsible, detail-oriented, and proactive Account Executive to join our growing team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• At least 1–3 years of relevant working experience is preferred.

• Familiar with accounting principles and Malaysian statutory requirements.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Responsible, proactive, and able to work well in a team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily accounting and finance operations.

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP)andAccounts Receivable (AR).

• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and other accounting documents.

• Perform bank, supplier, customer, and account reconciliations.

• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers when necessary.

• Assist in monthly closing and preparation of management reports.

• Maintain accurate and organized accounting records and documentation.

• Assist with SST, tax, audit, and other statutory requirements.

• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, suppliers, and other relevant parties.

• Support management with finance-related tasks and reports when required.

Position: Full-Time
