• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the beauty, aesthetic, or wellness industry, with at least 2 years in a training/coaching capacity.

• Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of skincare science, facial treatments, body therapy techniques, and beauty machinery.

• Certification: Professional certifications (e.g., CIBTAC, CIDESCO, SKM Level 4, or equivalent) are highly preferred.

• Communication Skills: Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin is a strong advantage to engage effectively with our diverse team members.

• Attributes: High energy, exceptional interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for teaching and developing others.

• Mobility: Willingness to travel across local branches as needed.

1. Curriculum & Program Design

• Develop and continuously update comprehensive training modules covering facial treatments, body wellness therapies, product knowledge, and machine/technology usage.

• Standardize Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent service delivery across all Medi Beaute branches.

2. Training Execution & Assessment

• Conduct engaging onboarding programs for new beauticians/therapists and ongoing skill-upgrading workshops for existing staff.

• Train teams on soft skills, customer service excellence, product consultation, and sales conversion techniques.

• Conduct regular audits, evaluations, and practical tests to maintain high-quality service standards.

3. Mentorship & On-the-Ground Coaching

• Travel to branch locations to provide hands-on coaching, address skill gaps, and offer constructive feedback.

• Mentor junior trainers and branch supervisors to build a strong culture of continuous learning.
