任职资格

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

  • Pleasant personality with good communication skills

  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Team player with a positive working attitude

  • Experience in F&B or customer service will be an added advantage

  • Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia

  • Willing to work in KLCC area

岗位职责

  • Greet and serve customers in a polite and professional manner

  • Take customer orders accurately and ensure timely service

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service counter

  • Assist in opening and closing duties of the outlet

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

  • Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure smooth daily operations
