Minimum SPM or Diploma in a related field.

At least 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, with experience managing a Grocery Department and leading a team.

Experience in a hypermarket or supermarket environment is mandatory.

Strong knowledge of grocery operations, merchandising, inventory management, and stock control.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Willing to be relocated based on business requirements.

Oversee the daily operations of the Grocery Department.

Ensure products are well-stocked, properly displayed, and priced according to company standards.

Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to maintain product availability.

Implement FIFO (First In, First Out) and stock rotation practices to minimize wastage and maintain product quality.

Maintain cleanliness, organization, and merchandising standards within the department.

Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales and operational targets.

Handle customer enquiries and ensure excellent customer service at all times.

Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
