• Currently pursuing A-Levels, a Diploma, or a Bachelor's Degree in any field, with a strong interest in Marketing.

• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Proficiency in Adobe and any video editing software is advantageous.

• Familiarity with today’s trends, consumer behavior, social media platforms and tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or Copilot is an added advantage.

You'll be responsible for:

The job and responsibilities narrated below covers for both Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad and Allianz Life Insurance Malaysia Berhad:

• Support the development and roll out of the marketing initiatives, campaign, on-ground and virtual events.

• Assist to review and proofread marketing materials that produce by the agencies to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the communication contents meet the campaign objectives, value proposition & brand identity.

• Assist in the development and editing of collateral, such as below-the-linea and digital marketing materials.

• Assist to track the performance of on-going campaigns / events.

• Assist to conduct post-campaign/events reviews to assess the effectiveness of the campaigns/ events to help shape future marketing strategies.

• Assist to perform competitor analysis, identify the latest movement, market demand and current trends to develop effecting marketing plans.

• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
