Requirements

• Positive attitude with a passion for sales.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented.

• Able to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

• Sales experience is an advantage, but not required.

• Basic computer knowledge is preferred.

• Working Hours: Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Generate new sales opportunities and develop new customers.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.

• Follow up on customer enquiries and quotations promptly.

• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth.

• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

• Work closely with teammates to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.

• Represent SurfaceSmart professionally at all times.

• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.

• RM3,000 basic salary
