Working closely with Sales, Marketing and Education teams to develop education related strategies that will result in business growth.

Conduct B2B trainings with the objective of improving productivity and enhancing the professional development of our accounts to meet company’s objectives in support with the company’s business plans and objectives.

Provide In-salon Demonstration ensure salons staff are well trained on our product USP & technical skill related to our products.

Develop and organise education courses for education team / TTT to ensure team’s technical skill and presentation skill are up to coiffure industry standard.

Working closely with education team to provide technical courses, hair event, workshop, Look & Learn seminar providing up-to –date activities to our clientele, ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget and the desire level of quality & revenue.

Travel with Sales team to support accounts promotional events and company’s trainings and roadshows.

Able to cultivate positive long term relation and seek to consistently improve education courses and event execution.

Follow up on post-training and training effectiveness with trainees.

Establish close working relationship with Principle’s regional trainer develop all education activities and support.

Organise Regional TTT with Principle’s trainer to ensure high standard of technical skills of education team.

Be the trend setter in coiffure industry working closely with Principle/ hair industry opinion leader sharing forth coming hair trends and latest technics to our clientele.

Administration: Develop and maintain an established reporting schedule that communicates all educational based activities for the region.
