Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field

• 3–6 years of experience in project coordination, commercial operations, business analysis, or strategy roles (preferably in MNC or industrial environment)

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

• Experience in SAP and Power BI is an added advantage

• Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin

• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced, regional environment

• Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Project Management

• Coordinate and manage regional commercial projects and strategic initiatives

• Develop project timelines, action plans, trackers, and progress reports

• Monitor project milestones and ensure timely execution of deliverables

• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies

• Ensure projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives

2. Commercial & Business Support

• Analyse sales performance, pipeline trends, and market insights

• Support pricing strategies, business case development, and commercial proposals

• Coordinate key customer initiatives and market expansion projects

• Track and report on commercial KPIs through dashboards and reports

3. Cross-Functional & Regional Coordination

• Act as a key liaison across Sales, Marketing, Technical Service, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, and Finance

• Coordinate regional initiatives across multiple countries

• Facilitate communication to remove bottlenecks and ensure alignment

• Drive accountability for timely completion of cross-functional actions

4. Process Improvement & Digitalisation

• Enhance commercial workflows, reporting structures, and governance frameworks

• Standardise project tracking and reporting methodologies

• Support digital transformation initiatives, including automation and data tools

• Lead or support continuous improvement projects

5. Business Analytics & Strategic Planning

• Prepare monthly business performance reports and management presentations

• Conduct analysis on business opportunities, risks, and growth drivers

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes

• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights for senior management decision-making
