* Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field

* Previous experience in Pajak Gadai / Pawnshop / Ar-Rahnu operations will be a strong advantage

* Experience in audit, accounting, finance or customer service is an added advantage

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

* Friendly, confident and comfortable dealing with customers

* Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills

* Good computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

* Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between branches

* Honest, responsible and trustworthy

* Able to handle confidential company and customer information with the highest level of discretion

* Strong sense of confidentiality is essential for this position

* Able to work independently and as part of a team

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

* Full training will be provided

* Candidates without prior Pajak Gadai experience are welcome to apply

* Candidates with Pajak Gadai experience will be highly valued

* Check daily transactions and identify discrepancies or irregularities

* Prepare audit reports and highlight findings to management

* Follow up with branches on audit issues and corrective actions

* Assist customers with enquiries, pawn transactions and redemptions

* Provide professional and friendly customer service

* Handle customer complaints and assist in resolving customer issues

* Explain pawnshop procedures, terms and services to customers

* Assist with branch operations and administrative matters

* Travel to different branches when required
