The Candidate

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in any Engineering field or equivalent.

• At least 5 years of relevant working experience in production field

• Possess strong knowledge, skills, and experience in managing and coordinating production and interfacing work at the site.

• Good communication skills, strong organizational & experience in managing people

• Good written and spoken in English & Mandarin

• The Job

• Lead and manage daily production operations, production planning, material coordination, and maintenance activities to achieve company objectives.

• Ensure production targets, efficiency, output volume, and delivery schedules are achieved effectively.

• Plan manpower and production capacity while optimizing resources and operational performance.

•  

• Responsibilities

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime, production costs, and process inefficiencies.

• Identify opportunities to improve productivity, operational efficiency, quality, and overall manufacturing performance.

• Ensure products are manufactured according to quality standards, specifications, and customer requirements.

• Monitor production processes, machine performance, material utilization, and operational KPIs.

• Develop, motivate, coach, and guide production team members to enhance skills and competencies.

• Maintain high standards of housekeeping, workplace safety, and compliance within the factory.

• Collaborate closely with procurement, QA/QC, warehouse, engineering, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
