We are seeking a proactive Collection Officer / Team Leadfor our rent‑to‑own home appliance & baby products business. This office‑based role focuses onphone‑based debt collection: contacting overdue customers, negotiating repayment plans and managing receivables.

Job Information：

• Contract: 6‑month contract, convertible to full‑time upon good performance

• Location: Subang (HQ)

• Working Hours: 5 working days per week.

• Salary:

  • Collection Officer: Basic RM1800 + KPI incentive up to 7%

  • Team Lead: Basic from RM2700+ + KPI incentive up to 7%
    

Job Requirements:

• Minimum SPM qualification and above

• Diplomain Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting or collection‑related field(no working experience required)

• SPMholder withminimum 2 years working experience in collection, credit control, debt recovery or customer service

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Conduct professional collection calls and negotiate customised repayment plans with customers.

• Manage customer overdue accounts and drive timely payment settlement.

• Handle customer enquiries on overdue payments with confidence and empathy.

• Keep precise records of customer conversations and payment status updates.
