• Basic sales awareness and willingness to assist customers in completing purchases

• Good problem-solving abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel

• Experience with CRM systems, e-commerce platforms or customer databases will be an advantage

• Responsible and trustworthy when handling customer information

• Follow up with potential and existing customers regarding enquiries, pending purchases and previous orders

• Maintain strong relationships with customers to improve satisfaction, loyalty and repeat purchases

• Handle customer complaints professionally and coordinate with the relevant departments to resolve issues

• Process and monitor customer orders to ensure information is accurate and properly recorded

• Follow up on outstanding orders, payments, deliveries and other customer-related matters

• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Accounts, Marketing and Operations when resolving customer requests

• Maintain accurate customer information, communication history and follow-up records

• Identify opportunities to recommend suitable products based on customer requirements

• Support promotional campaigns, product launches and other sales activities

• Follow up with customers after purchases to obtain feedback and ensure customer satisfaction

• Assist with customer retention and re-engagement activities

• Prepare basic customer, follow-up and sales-related reports for management

• Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer-related records

• Escalate complicated customer issues to the appropriate supervisor or department when necessary
