• Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role, preferably within manufacturing, transport or logistics sectors

• Able to Communicate in Mandarin and English

• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management and inventory control

• Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain positive supplier relationships

• Proficiency in using procurement software and Microsoft Office applications

• Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify cost-saving opportunities and resolve supply chain challenges

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments

• Relevant qualification in procurement, supply chain management or a related field is preferred

• Knowledge of local and international sourcing markets would be advantageous

• Experience with vendor evaluation and performance management systems

• Identifying, evaluating and sourcing suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality goods and services

• Negotiating contracts and terms with vendors to achieve optimal cost savings and payment conditions

• Preparing and processing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies

• Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels to prevent stockouts whilst minimising excess stock

• Liaising with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and timelines

• Tracking deliveries and managing supplier performance against agreed key performance indicators

• Resolving supply chain issues and managing vendor relationships to maintain operational continuity

• Conducting cost analysis and identifying opportunities for procurement savings and efficiency improvements

• Maintaining accurate records and documentation of all purchasing transactions and agreements

• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry regulations and quality standards throughout the procurement process
