Requirements:

* SPM and above

* Minimum 2. years experience as factory supervisor

* Prefer (mandarin speaker)

* Strong leadership and team management skills.

* Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety procedures.

We are Hiring Factory Supervisor 小厂长

Location: Kulai, Johor Bahru

Days: 6 days

Working Hours: 9am-5.30pm

Job Scope:

1. Supervise daily sorting, grading, packing, and processing of fruits/vegetables

2. Ensure production output meets quality, hygiene, and food safety standards

3. Manage and schedule production line workers, assign daily tasks

4. Coordinate outbound delivery schedules with drivers and transport team

5. Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of orders to customers/markets

6. Monitor vehicle maintenance and driver compliance

7. Report progress and issues to management
