Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Manufacturing, or a related field.

 Knowledge of mattress construction, foam, spring systems, fabrics, and related materials.

 At least 3-5 years of experience in research and development or product development.

 Good understanding of product development and manufacturing processes.

 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Assist in managing the daily operations of the R&D department.

Lead new product development and improve existing mattress products.

 Evaluate and test new raw materials and components.

 Coordinate product development projects and ensure they are completed on time.

 Work closely with Production, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and suppliers.

 Provide technical support for production and resolve product-related issues.

 Improve product quality and manufacturing processes.

 Identify opportunities for cost reduction without affecting product quality.

Conduct product testing and prepare technical reports and product specifications.

Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.

Train and guide R&D team members when required.

Perform other duties assigned by management.
