Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Able to communicate well with customers.

Friendly, responsible, and customer-service oriented.

Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Able to work in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Willing to work on-site at Sepang (KLIA).

Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an advantage.

Handle sales transactions and cashiering accurately.

Provide excellent customer service to customers.

Assist in food and beverage preparation and serving.

Recommend suitable products to customers based on their preferences.

Ensure customers are well informed about product details, prices, and promotions

Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping of the outlet and dining area.

Ensure compliance with food hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards.

Promote and explain ongoing promotions, campaigns, and special events to customers.

Replenish food, beverages, and other supplies when required.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
