Diploma / Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Manufacturing Engineering

Min. 2 Years working experience

Knowledge in ISO14001 Standards, ISO14001 Auditor Skill, DOE legalism and international Environmental standards, MS Office.

Environmental Policy Execution

Implement the company's Environmental Policy with a focus on manufacturing processes such CNC machining, surface treatment, and waste handling.

Procedure Development & Control

Develop and enforce environmental procedures related to hazardous waste disposal, coolant and lubricant management, air emissions, noise control, and water usage.

Regulatory Compliance

Ensure compliance with local, regional, and national environmental regulations (e.g., EPA standards, permits related to air emissions, wastewater discharge, and hazardous material handling).

Pollution Prevention

Identify and implement opportunities to reduce emissions, scrap, and waste generation during metal fabrication and machining operations.

Hazardous Material Management

Oversee storage, labelling, handling, and disposal of hazardous material like oils, solvents, and metal shaving in accordance with regulations.

Training & Awareness

Conduct employee training on environmental best practices, spill response, and proper material handling.

Environmental Monitoring & Audits

Carry out regular site inspections, internal audits, and sampling (e.g., air and water quality); maintain accurate environmental records and logs

Incident Response

Investigate and report environmental incidents (e.g., chemical spills, non-compliance), identify root causes, and implement corrective actions).

Liaison with Authorities

Communication with environmental regulatory bodies and support external audits, inspections, or permit renewals.
