Minimum of Degree holder in Business / Business Administration or equivalent qualification.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Dealer or Sales Management or similar role.

Strong analytical skills with good understanding of sales performance management, market trends, and business operations.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken, with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Provide support to the regional sales reporting on sales performance, trend analysis,
action plans, campaign / PDCA.

Assist in Regional administration on expenses claims and ensure branch performs OPEX
management & CAPEX needs (if any).

Support regional operational system maintenance and perform accordingly to the policy & procedures set and in compliance with SOX.

Manage level of standardization in terms of sales operational process across all regional branches.

Assist superior with projects as needed.
