Role Description

This is an internship role at My Wishes Integrated Services located in Greater Kuala Lumpur with the opportunity for some remote work. The Intern will be involved in financial planning, finance, retirement planning, communication, and financial services within the team, assisting on various tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.

• No prior working experience required; internship students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Interested in financial planning, wealth management, investment, and customer relationship management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients.

• Strong willingness to learn, take initiative, and develop professional skills in the financial services industry.

• Positive attitude with good problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Assist in communicating with clients and understanding their financial needs.

• Support the team in introducing financial products and services to clients.

• Assist with client follow-ups and maintaining good customer relationships.

• Conduct research on financial products and industry information.

• Support the preparation of client documents and reports.

• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and professional skills.

• Assist the team with daily operational and administrative tasks.

• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
