Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships. Candidates with experience in dental, aesthetic medicine, TCM or medical sales are highly preferred.

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience.

• Excellent sales skills with a proven ability to achieve sales targets.

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin (Mandarin is mandatory).

• Prior experience in dental, aesthetic medicine, TCM or medical sales is preferred.

• Minimum qualification: Diploma or higher.

Working Days: 6 Days Per Week
Working Hours: 10:00AM - 7:00PM

1. Customer Consultation & Reception: Handle online and walk-in customer enquiries, provide consultation on various dental treatments, educate customers on oral care knowledge, and address customers’ concerns regarding dental procedures.

2. Treatment Plan Coordination: Assist dentists during oral examinations, understand customers’ dental conditions, needs and budget, explain treatment plans, procedures, materials and timelines clearly, and customise suitable treatment plans while providing relevant guidance and follow-up information.

3. Treatment & Sales Follow-Up: Prepare quotations, explain treatment fees and cost breakdowns, follow up with customer enquiries and treatment decisions, complete consultation-to-payment processes, and coordinate appointments, schedules and follow-up visits to ensure smooth treatment arrangements.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Establish and maintain customer dental records, conduct regular follow-ups and after-sales service, respond to post-treatment enquiries, handle customer concerns, improve customer satisfaction and develop opportunities for repeat treatments and referrals.

5. Team Collaboration & Performance Review: Work closely with dentists, medical staff and front desk teams to coordinate treatment-related activities, track daily consultation and conversion records, review service issues and improve customer service processes to support clinic performance goals.
