• Able to work well with the team, while also being independent enough to manage tasks

• Calm and resourceful when solving customer issues.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries across online platforms and WhatsApp.

• Recommend suitable car audio products based on customer needs, car model, budget, and sound preference.

• Explain product features, benefits, and differences in a simple and convincing way.

• Follow up with customers professionally to close sales.

• Assist customers with product selection, stock checking, pricing, promotion, and basic after-sales support.

• Maintain good response speed and service attitude, especially during campaign periods or urgent customer inquiries.

• Work closely with the internal team to update customer feedback, FAQs, and common objections.

• Support e-commerce daily operations when needed.
