Diploma or Degree in Automotive, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.

Experience with EV or premium automotive brands is an advantage.

Fresh graduates with strong customer service experience are encouraged to apply.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of automotive maintenance; EV knowledge is a plus.

Able to communicate in Mandarin is a plus, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with DMS is preferred.

Additional Information:

Working Schedule: 5.5 days per week (Monday - Friday: 9AM-6PM, Saturday: 9AM-1PM)

Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.

Understand customer concerns and explain service recommendations clearly.

Prepare and manage repair orders using the Dealer Management System (DMS).

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of vehicle repairs.

Keep customers updated on repair progress and vehicle collection.

Schedule service appointments and ensure smooth workshop operations.

Promote maintenance packages, accessories, and other aftersales services.

Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.

Ensure accurate documentation, invoicing, and warranty-related processes.

Maintain high customer satisfaction and follow dealership SOPs.
