Minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Familiar with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office).

Responsible, organized, and customer-oriented.

Experience in F&B or customer service is an added advantage.

Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, social media, and other online platforms in a timely and professional manner.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and order-related issues.

Coordinate with outlet teams regarding customer matters when necessary.

Assist in basic marketing tasks such as preparing simple content, updating social media captions, and supporting promotional activities.

Monitor online reviews and maintain positive customer engagement.

Perform general administrative duties as assigned.
