Digital Skills: Tech-savvy and confident in front of a camera; experience with social media live streaming or content creation is a strong advantage.

Languages: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Ability to speak Mandarin is a bonus to communicate with a wider dealer/customer network.

Key Traits: Energetic, outgoing personality, persistent, and eager to learn sales techniques.

Walk-in Sales: Welcoming showroom walk-in customers, understanding their needs, and introducing suitable motorcycle models.

Social Media & Live Streaming: Planning and hosting live-streaming sessions on social platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) to showcase motorcycles and attract online leads.

Lead Follow-up: Responding to customer inquiries received via WhatsApp, social media messages, and phone calls promptly.

Loan Documentation: Assisting customers in preparing and submitting required documents to the administrative team for loan processing.

Showroom Maintenance: Ensuring the showroom display motorcycles are clean, well-presented, and properly tagged with pricing/specifications.
