Key Competencies

• Responsible for cleaning the equipment’s.

• Responsible for organizing the products which are in the process of preparation for the cake decorator.

• Responsible for maintaining a neat and clean appearance, with respect to food hygiene.

• Ability to meet demands established by the schedule.

• Ability to comply with workplace conduct standards.

• Has a good understanding of product knowledge.

• Good oral and written.

• Ability to work more than normal working hours when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience

• Holds a Diploma / Certificate in related field or its equivalent with at least 1 years of relevant experience in cake preparer. Decorating experience is an added advantage.

• Responsible, independent, able to work on a tight schedule.

Job Summary

Assisting and helping in the preparation and production of various cake product designs in the production. Cake Preparator has to mix ingredients as requested by outlet and customized orders; as well as tub cutting, cake building, icing, cream, piping, chocolate design and other prepared decorative products for designing a cake.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist and help in the preparation and production of products by company specifications and instructions in the time frame.

• Processing cake raw materials and preparation ingredients.

• Provide services to meet a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Assist in planning inventory of stocks.

• Ensure cleanliness of workstation at all times not limiting to decorating area, machinery and equipment.

• Carry out any others and ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

• Total remuneration (Estimated around RM2,000 to RM2,500 including basic salary, reimbursement allowance, overtime)
