• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac operating systems, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).

• Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and eagerness to learn.

Typically covers technical support, system maintenance, and basic software or hardware troubleshooting.

• Technical Support: Provide Tier 1 helpdesk support, resolve hardware/software issues, and set up user accounts.

• System Maintenance: Perform routine OS updates, security patches, and data backup procedures.

• Inventory & Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate logs of hardware, peripherals, and software licenses.

• Infrastructure Assistance: Support network health monitoring and workstation configurations
