Culture & Engagement
● Support the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives and activities to enhance workplace culture.
● Assist in organizing internal events, campaigns, and programs that promote collaboration and team spirit.
● Contribute ideas to improve employee experience and strengthen organizational culture.
● Gather employee feedback through surveys or engagement tools and support analysis of insights.

Internal Communications
● Assist in drafting and designing internal communications such as announcements, newsletters, and emailers.
● Support the development of communication materials for company initiatives, campaigns, and updates.
● Ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all internal communication channels.
● Help manage and update internal platforms (e.g., intranet, email communications, or employee portals).

Content & Creative Support
● Collaborate with the team to create engaging content including posters, presentations, and digital materials.
● Support storytelling initiatives that highlight employee achievements, company culture, and key milestones.
● Assist in maintaining a content calendar for internal campaigns and engagement activities.

Data & Insights
● Track engagement metrics such as participation rates, feedback scores, and campaign effectiveness.
● Assist in preparing reports and presentations to provide insights on employee engagement trends.
● Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance communication and engagement efforts.

Training & Awareness
● Support initiatives that promote company values, culture, and employee well-being.
● Assist in preparing materials for workshops or awareness campaigns related to engagement and communication.
